Please allow for up to 2 business days for products in inventory to be packaged before sending via your UPS or USPS selection. If an item is temporarily out of stock at moment of purchase you will be notified via email of the stock-out and given an estimated delivery time. In-stock items will ship immediately at the designated service level. Any out-of-stock items will be shipped via an expedited service (United States Postal Service Priority Mail or alternate carrier equivalent) upon customer request, separately from the in-stock items at no additional charge.
Returning Maughan Marketing Enterprises orders:
If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise must be in “mint” condition in order to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued based on the original credit card. Exchanges can be made for the same item or for a similar priced item. Any additional costs not covered in the exchange will require settlement by credit card before shipment.
- Document return reason(s) on the original packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
- Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to Maughan Marketing Enterprises at:

- Please note: Maughan Marketing Enterprises’ facilities do not accept hand deliveries
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Maughan Marketing Enterprises will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
- All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase minus shipping fees. Returns are also subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
